What is being offered?

Room-Temperature Superconductivity is a unique technical work describing FAiM’s proposed physical mechanism for superconductivity under ambient conditions.

The proposed acquisition goes beyond ownership of the physical book. It includes access to the specific technical knowledge described in the work, together with the creator’s agreed involvement in developing that knowledge toward practical application. That involvement includes technical explanation, cooperation, supervision where required, and continued advisory support throughout the agreed development process.

The intention is to give the purchaser the knowledge and cooperation needed to investigate and pursue the proposed technology.

Beyond superconductivity, the same proposed physical architecture also points toward exceptionally strong, lightweight permanent magnetism without the conventional Curie-temperature limitation. Both possibilities arise from one underlying proposed mechanism, whose technical details remain confidential.

The acquisition is offered at €1.4 billion. The scope of knowledge transfer, development cooperation, intellectual-property rights and other obligations will be established in the acquisition agreement.

The work behind the proposition

The proposed superconductivity mechanism did not emerge as an isolated idea. It developed from approximately twenty years of investigation into whether a coherent physical architecture could explain the phenomena we observe in the universe. That investigation produced the seven published volumes of The Universe Is Flow.

The books describe the broader proposed physical architecture of space, matter and their interactions. They allow readers to examine the underlying reasoning and follow its development.

The specific mechanism for room-temperature superconductivity is not disclosed in those seven volumes. That mechanism is described in the unique book offered for acquisition.

Qualified prospective purchasers who wish to examine the specific superconductivity mechanism before deciding on acquisition may request a confidential technical briefing.

The public books document the theoretical development. The private briefing provides access to confidential technical explanations. Neither is presented here as independent experimental verification.

Private Technical Briefing

A prospective purchaser may wish to understand the proposed superconductivity mechanism before deciding whether to acquire the book. For that purpose, FAiM offers qualified parties a confidential technical briefing.

The briefing provides an opportunity to examine the reasoning and technical principles behind the proposed mechanism, ask questions and assess its potential for development.

The fee for this briefing is €10 million, payable in advance under a comprehensive confidentiality and non-use agreement. The fee is non-refundable, but should the same purchaser subsequently acquire the book, the full €10 million will be credited against the acquisition price, regardless of how much time has passed.

The arrangement includes an intended 14-day exclusivity period, during which FAiM will not provide competing technical briefings or complete the acquisition with another party. The precise commencement of this period, including the interval between payment and the briefing, will be defined in the agreement.

If additional time is needed, further exclusivity may be agreed at €10 million for each additional 14-day period, subject to FAiM's acceptance and separately agreed conditions.

Because the briefing concerns confidential technical knowledge, the agreement will also establish obligations protecting it against unauthorized disclosure, use or transfer.

The purpose of this arrangement is straightforward: a serious prospective purchaser can examine the proposed mechanism before making a decision, while FAiM protects the knowledge being offered for acquisition.
